My name is Julie Anderson and I have been running Stamping Online with the help of my husband since June of 2001. I ship three times a week and use USPS priority mail within the US to ensure that you get your stamps as quickly as possible! I am always happy to special order you anything from Hero Arts' current catalog and I place an order with them almost every week. Happy Stamping!
Shipping:
Shipping is FREE on domestic (shipping to US addresses) orders over $45. Shipping on domestic orders under $45 is $5. I ship via USPS Priority Mail. Packages are sent out on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday of each week.
International shipping varies based on the amount ordered. You can enter your address and see the shipping charge on the shopping cart page before you place your order.
Customer guarantee: We want you to be happy with your order, that is why you can return unused items within 30 days of the shipping date.
Return policy: You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. Please note that only items in new and unused condition can be returned. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. There will be a 5% restocking fee on returned items. All returns must be accompanied by the packing slip.
When you return an item please indicate the reason for the return.
You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.
